So, I may have hurt my knee this week. I wasn’t doing any strenuous activities either. All I did was sit down. Yes, you read right. All I did was sit down. In a chair that was too small, low, and uncomfortable for my big ass. My body, well my knee, just couldn’t take being in that position for such a long period of time and it damn near gave out on me.
Now, for the past few days, this happened on Tuesday, I have been in grave pain and my knee keeps pop, lock and dropping like a music video 📹 every time I sit down or just bend it really. Plus, I do not know what to do about. But, that is only one problem. And not the main one.
The main problem is that my big ass got hurt by sitting down. Sitting down. Can you believe that? How does that shit happen? It shouldn’t be possible. I am just embarrassed 😳 writing about this. So, embarrassed, i don’t even want to go to the doctors. This needs to stop and something has to be done right now. This cannot happen again.
Does anybody know any workouts or stretches to help strengthen the knee/leg muscles? That would be a great help. Before I go ham on workouts, I need to strengthen these ham hawks I call legs. Any help will be appreciated, domo arigato gozaimasu 🙏, thank you so much.
