So, I have been contemplating what type of workouts I can do. And, I think I might have found one.
Since, at this point in time, I am unable to do pretty much anything when it comes to walking and standing (for long periods of time). Most workouts are out of the questions. So, why not a seated one, I asked myself. However, I want (no needed) one that I feel was going to do something.
Insert a video I found on YouTube by Pahla Fitness called Seated HIIT Workout. It is basically a high intensity seated workout.
I think I will try it for a month. If I like the results, then I will continue on using this video until I reach my desired point. My desired point is not so much of how much weight I lose, but how much strength I gain back.
After that, I wish to try Cize by Shaun T. I have heard wonderful things about this workout that is not a workout. Plus, I used to love dancing and would really like to get back to it.
