2018 is the year of trying new things and the number 1 thing I wish to do this year is lose weight and get healthy.
So, within the next few weeks I will be starting a new series called Big Girl Fitness. Where you all can follow along on my fitness journey. You can just watch me make a fool of myself or join in with me. There will be a page where I track what I eat and videos of the workouts I am doing.
