This palette will help you create your perfect look, no matter where in the world your travels take you!

Features and Benefits

  • Palette includes 6 matte and 6 shimmer shades.
  • Versatile, dual-ended eye shadow brush delivers professional results

For what this palette is worth, it is a good palette. A little chalky, and it kicks up a lot of powder. The blendability is hit and miss. But, with a little work you are able to get a good eyeshadow look out of it. Is it the best palette ever, no, you can definitely find better quality palettes for cheaper. However, if this was all you had in your collection then you would be able to come out with some great looks, but would just have to work a bit to get them.

Dirty Little Secret – Velvet Matte Liquid Lipstick in RustRust is a dark, redd-ish brick color. (That is all the website says.)

I have received one of these before, but in a different shade. The shade I received this time, Rust, is a beautiful color and fits me. And, like any liquid lipstick, this one has its ups and downs. For instance, its pigmentd in one swipe and has great lasting power. (I mean it lasting throughout some pizza hut🍕.) But, this is one of the more drying formulas I have tried. I feel that if you already have dry lips than your lips are going to be feeling like the Saharan Desert after this.

Garnier Skinactive – Micellar Makeup Removing TowelettesThe All-in-1 makeup removing and cleansing power of Micellar Cleansing Water is now available in an ultra-gentle towelette. Like a magnet, the micelles in these makeup removing towelettes capture and lift away dirt, oil and makeup without harsh rubbing, leaving skin feeling clean and soft.

  • No harsh rubbing
  • For all skin types, even sensitive skin
  • Oil free, fragrance free

Now this, I have really bad mix feelings about. The product works, just great actually. However, the smell is just horrible. I feel like whatever is in it to make it smell that way, has got to be bad for my skin. Just no. I do not care how good it works, the smell turns my stomach.

IBY Beauty – Mineral Pressed Blush in Peach SheenReady, set, glow. Infused with ultra-fine minerals, this soft, sheer powder blush instantly gives skin a healthy, radiant finish. Perfect for days, nights, and everything in between, it can be worn alone or layered for extra intensity.

FEATURES & BENEFITS

  • Talc Free
  • Paraben Free
  • Formulated with natural minerals

I have never worn a peach blush before and now I’m wondering why not. This just gives you a flush look that leaves your face looking kissed by the sun gods. It lasting power is okay, about 4-5 hours on me. Pigmention is amazing. Definitely worth it.

Luxie Beauty – Rose Gold Duo Fibre Powder Brush 516Luxie Beauty’s signature Rose Gold brush line features their premium soft, synthetic bristles encased in a classy rose gold ferrule a top a chic pink handle so you don’t have to compromise style for quality. Face brush with soft duo fiber bristles perfect for a flawless finish. For best results, use with powder or cream face products such as blush or bronzer.

I love Luxie brushes. Every time I receive them in a box, it just makes the box even better, in my opinion. All their brush feel high end. That being said, this brush is just like the rest. It’s soft. Picks up just enough product and distributes it beautiful onto the face.

NUXE – Shimmering Dry Oil Huile ProdigieuseThe sensual shimmering dry oil version of Huile Prodigieuse® contains tiny shimmering mineral particles. It nourishes, softens and illuminates skin and hair in one go. It has a unique, non-greasy feel and a captivating fragrance.

While, I could this to be cute and fun to play with. I did not find it particularly for every day use. It’s just to shining or should I say shimmering. It  has a nice and pleasant smell, not to strong. It also felt okay going on the skin, nothing to write home about. Overall, I think if I was going out, to a concert, or a festival, this would get more use out of it.

NYX Professional – Bright Idea Illuminating Stick in Rose Petal PopBrighten things up with one of NYX Cosmetics’ Bright Idea Illuminating Sticks! Available in a range of radiating hues – including highlighters, blushes and bronzers – each creamy-soft shade goes on smoothly and sets right away for an instant, lit-from-within glow. Petite, portable and perfect for strobing, it’s the makeup must-have of the season.

I did not try this product. Instead I gave it away. I am not one to use use cream/stick products and knew that someone else would get better use out of it. Just a preference thing.

OGX – Orchid Oil Color Protect Spray. OGX Fade-Defying + Orchid Oil Color Protect Oil will protect color-treated tresses with a high-potency blend containing orchid extract and grape seed oil. It helps to slow premature fading with UVA/UVB sun-filters and lock in color. Moisturize and replenish strands for multi-faceted tones and salon perfect color that lasts.

This product smells amazing, but if you are a person who doesn’t like mildly strong smells you might not like this. It has a light misted on it, which makes for easy application. It doesn’t leave your hair feeling heavy. This would definitely be good for color-treated or dry and damaged hair.

The Browgal – Convertible: Brow Powder to Pomade Universal and Brow brush with Spoolie and Angled BrushThe Convertible Brow is a powder/pomade duo that acts as a powder when used dry and a pomade when used wet to fill in and apply color and definition to the brows. All colors were hand mixed by founder Tonya Crooks with three compact: One for Dark Hair, one for Medium Hair and one for Light Hair. Each compact has a warm, neutral, and ash tone to allow you to mix and match your perfect, custom color. Once used wet, the pallet with revert back to powder consistency, ensuring the product does not try out. Now that is some cool technology for our gals! The Convertible was born out of necessity as The BrowGal found pomades dried out to easily and classic powders didn’t always give the full brow definition. Use both powder and pomade on same brow to create the 3D Brow!

First, I will say that when it comes to brows, I know nothing. I don’t know how to do my brows at all. That being said, this brow trio is nicely pigmented. You are able to build this up to the intensity that you want it or keep it chill with a natural look. I cannot speak of the lasting power however.

And, the brush is a nice brush. The spoolie does its job, but I feel like the angled part is a little too big. Now, that could just be me.

OVERALL

Was the Spring Beautycon box worth its price. I will say, yes. And, that is only because I paid for the yearly subscription. Most of this products I could live without. While, I am happy to receive another Luxie brush, the IBY blush, and the OGX hair oil, that doesn’t make up the price point for the box. The liquid lipstick and the eyeshadow palette was just okay in my book, you know a take it or leave it type of thing. I don’t do my eyebrows and the dry shimmering oil is worthless for everyday. I am not even going to talk about those wipes. This whole box was just 3 out of 5 stars for me.

Enough about me. What did you think of the Sping Beautycon box? Tell me below.
